Dylan Allwood’s Evolution From Clifton Inn Line Cook To Tavola Executive Chef

by

I really like this episode of I Love CVille because it showcases the evolution of Dylan Allwood from line cook at The Clifton Inn to today the executive chef at Tavola Restaurant, a Belmont powerhouse that’s full almost every night.

Dylan has quickly progressed into one of the best Chefs in CVille. He’s enjoyed stops at:

Brookville Restaurant, under Chef/Owner Harrison Keevil
Travis Croxton’s Rocksalt in Stonefield
C & O Restaurant under the legendary Chef/Owner Dean Maupin.

Today, Dylan is crafting the menu at the Italian-focused Tavola Restaurant.

I love hearing stories like this because Dylan’s progression is very much an entrepreneurial journey. He has sweated long hours on a lot of kitchen lines in CVille to get to this point. I can totally see Dylan opening his own joint down the road. He’s super happy at Tavola, but he’s also a chef who likes to push his limits.
