Back 40 Restaurant is one of the many reasons I Love CVille! The Back 40 team is super talented, especially behind the line with Executive Chef Tucker Yoder and Sous Chef Shelby Park. This tandem is in the Top 7 overall amongst executive chefs and sous chefs in Charlottesville, Virginia.
I also appreciate the fact that Back 40 sources its meats from Timbercreek Farm, which is owned by Zach and Sara Miller. We know where the meat is coming from; that’s huge for me!
We often get dinner ideas at Back 40, and then purchase the same cuts at Timbercreek Market, the Miller’s butcher shop, which is connected to the Back 40 dining room.
Guys, give Back 40 Restaurant a try ASAP. I suggest you make reservations ahead of time because of its popularity. This restaurant is one of the best in CVille and yet another reason why #iLoveCVille.
