Kristopher Rulison and Michael Payne are leading members of the Stanardsville Independence Day Committee, an organization that is annually tasked with the planning, funding, promotion and execution of the Stanardville’s annual Red, White, Blue ‘n Greene (RWBnG) community 4th of July celebration.
