Owners Nikki Benedikt and Yannick Fayolle have worked in the restaurant industry for years! Yannick is a classically trained chef who owned a restaurant in his home country of Mauritius before eventually coming to the US and working as a chef at both Farmington Country Club and Clifton Inn.
