Always on the lookout for great nachos, JR Hadley (left) decided to gather all of his favorite recipes and start a nachos bar in Charlottesville. With the help of Lindsey Daniels (right) and Kristin Roth, Cho’s was born!

The Classic Cho’s (the most popular dish) are made with white corn tortilla chips, black beans, corn salsa, jalapeños, pico de gallo, housemade queso, shredded pepper jack & cheddar, shredded lettuce and sour cream. I highly recommend adding the guacamole for the extra buck! These nachos are some of the best I have ever had in my life!!!

Not in the mood for nachos? No problem! Cho’s also serves sandwiches, wraps, salads and desserts! The Southwest Wrap is made with grilled chicken, avocado, spinach, black beans, pico do gallo, corn salsa, Sriracha aioli and cilantro in a flour tortilla served with waffle fries or tater tots. Wings are always a crowd pleaser! The heat ranges from Garlic Parm to 434°F (HOTTTT!), and all of the dipping sauces are made in-house!

Cho’s features some non-traditional styles of nachos like these Poke-Cho’s! They come with wonton chips covered in marinated sushi-grade tuna (uncooked), avocado, jalapeños, pickled radish, green onions, chives, wasabi aioli and Sriracha aioli!
