Located next to Three Notch’d Brewery, Cho’s is the perfect spot to relax with friends, have a beer and some nachos and watch a game! Watch the video feature above to learn what inspired JR Hadley to launch Cho’s Nachos & Beer!
4. The Classic Cho’s
The Classic Cho’s (the most popular dish) are made with white corn tortilla chips, black beans, corn salsa, jalapeños, pico de gallo, housemade queso, shredded pepper jack & cheddar, shredded lettuce and sour cream. I highly recommend adding the guacamole for the extra buck! These nachos are some of the best I have ever had in my life!!!
5. The Southwest Wrap and Wings
Not in the mood for nachos? No problem! Cho’s also serves sandwiches, wraps, salads and desserts! The Southwest Wrap is made with grilled chicken, avocado, spinach, black beans, pico do gallo, corn salsa, Sriracha aioli and cilantro in a flour tortilla served with waffle fries or tater tots. Wings are always a crowd pleaser! The heat ranges from Garlic Parm to 434°F (HOTTTT!), and all of the dipping sauces are made in-house!
6. The Poke-Cho’s
Cho’s features some non-traditional styles of nachos like these Poke-Cho’s! They come with wonton chips covered in marinated sushi-grade tuna (uncooked), avocado, jalapeños, pickled radish, green onions, chives, wasabi aioli and Sriracha aioli!
7. The Cho’s Mango Radler
Cho’s has partnered with Three Notch’d Brewery to make a very special brew! With over 100 pounds of puréed mangos and weeks of taste testing, this is not your average beer! Perfect for drinking outdoors in the summer, grab a brew today while supplies last!
