Executive Chef Jabari Wadlington has always had a passion for the food industry. Jabari worked with influential chefs at several restaurants before becoming Executive Chef at Restoration. Working farm-to-table with local farmers and vendors is the essence of Jabari’s cuisine. He lets the food express itself and lets the ingredients shine through both traditional and trendy techniques.

Restoration creates memorable meals, marrying local favorites with unique flavors to create a one of a kind experience. Restoration is nestled in historic Albemarle County at Old Trail and is open to the public. Go for the delicious food, stay for the spectacular views of the mountains and the gorgeous sunsets!
4. Baked Mac & Cheese
The Baked Mac & Cheese at Restoration is a mouth-watering dish that is a perfect compliment to any meal. This delicious side dish features raclette, tillamook and monterey jack cheese with cavatappi pasta.
5. Tuna Tartare
Restoration’s Tuna Tartare is one of the best appetizers in town. It’s made with ahi tuna, avocado, wasabi aioli, wonton crips, ginger vinegar and ponzu sauce.
6. Watermelon Salad
Great by itself or with any meal, the Watermelon Salad at Restoration is a delicious mix of watermelon, pickled watermelon rind, feta cheese, sorrel, lemon confit, avocado and avocado oil.
7. Shrimp & Grits
Shrimp and Grits is a Southern classic, and Restoration makes it shine with large, succulent shrimp with house tasso, étouffée sauce, local red grits and trinity veg.
7. Pan Seared Salmon
Restoration makes a flaky, moist Pan Seared Salmon that we absolutely love! Highly recommended, it comes with English pea puree, multicolored carnival cauliflower and wild mushroom risotto.
8. Restoration Dry Aged Burger
The most popular dish at Restoration is their Dry Aged Burger, a house ground 8-ounce patty made of dry-aged ribeye loin, brisket and chuck! It’s topped with bacon jam, garlic aioli, bibb lettuce and served with hand cut fries. We suggest upgrading to the truffle parmesan fries for a little extra.
9. Marinated Dry Aged Ribeye
A weekend special available Friday through Sunday, Restoration’s Marinated Dry Aged Ribeye is 12 ounces of beer marinated local ribeye served with confit fingerling potatoes and wild mushrooms.
10. Snack Bar
Whether you are just off the golf course or want a quick bite and a drink, the snack bar at Restoration features a delicious selection of sandwiches, snacks, ice cream and drinks from the same talented chefs in the restaurant.
11. Great Happy Hour Deals
From 4 – 7 pm every Monday through Friday you can enjoy $2 off drafts, $1 off bottles, cans and glasses of wine, as well as $5 well drinks. They also feature incredible small plate specials Monday through Sunday from 2 pm – 7 pm.
