A refreshing blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Petit Manseng, this wine is named after the home of King Family Vineyards: Roseland Farm. The nose opens with notes of fresh peach, flinty lemon, and green apple. A soft attack and a rounded mouthfeel convey flavors of citrus and rose flowers. Aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel.

A well-integrated Chardonnay fermented and aged both in French and Virginia oak for nine months. The result is a pleasing combination of ripe pear and apple with rich notes of vanilla balanced acidity. Pairs well with poultry, pork, salmon, shellfish, and cream-based sauces and pastas.

This is an elegand blend of Vidal Blanc and Petit Manseng. Aged 100% in stainless steel bringing out nice acidity, giving off bright orange blossom and honey tones with a hint of hay for a lighter body weight.

A blend of Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot from their Furnace Mountain vineyard, and Cabernet Sauvignon from their Tranquility vineyard. Aged 10 months as individual varietals and 12 additional months as a blend in both American and French barrels. This Bordeaux-inspired blend is unfined and unfiltered. A big wine with broad shoulders, big fruit, supple tannins and driving acidity.

Small lots selected from their Virginia vineyard were fermented separately and made to their best potential. Laborious hours blending these selections (someone has to do it) revealed the exact quantities needed of each to make this evolved jewel.

This 100% Chardonnay exhibits bold ripe fruit notes of pear and apple with a touch of lemon. Barrel aged ten months for subtle oak that lends rich buttery suppleness. Pairs well with cream sauces, poultry and seafood – especially oysters, crab cakes or scallops. Best served slightly chilled.

The 2009 vintage is barrel fermented Chardonnay Wine aged for over nine months in a combination of the finest French Oak puncheons. Whole Cluster pressed and Barrel Fermented aged sur lie in French Oak 500 liter casks for nine months. The result is a fruit forward wine expressing lush tropical flavors with a nuance of rich vanilla. Great paired with seafood in white sauce, grilled fish, chicken and pork. Great with crab cakes and lobster with drawn butter!

This wine has good acidity upon entry into the mouth. The wine shows a lot of dark fruit characteristics, noticeably plum and blueberry. There is a lot of spice on the palate, held together by smoky, meaty tones derived from the Hungarian oak barrels. The tannins are quite firm at this point, but do not suppress the fruit at all. There is great balance in this wine at such a young stage. This wine has the potential to drink well beyond 5 years after bottling.
