Jerrod Smith, a candidate for the Albemarle County Board Of Supervisors, joined me on The I Love CVille Show!
Jerrod updated us on his campaign, his platform, his thoughts on the upcoming June 11th primary and his recent marriage.
Jerrod is an Albemarle High School graduate who was raised here in Albemarle County and later attended Bucknell University. Jerrod is running for the Rivanna District seat on the Board of Supervisors.
We discussed key elements of Jerrod’s campaign, including affordable housing, access to a robust public transportation system, his focus on supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners, the need for a new high school in Albemarle County and the importance of this election for Albemarle County moving forward. Jerrod is running against Bea LaPisto Kirtley for Supervisor in the Rivanna District. There are three seats up for grabs on the Board of Supervisors.
