The Yolk Shack is a breakfast, brunch and lunch brand focused on Charlottesville and Albemarle County, Virginia. All health department, fire regulation, title and registration paperwork is included in the deal. The Yolk Shack instagram channel can be transferred to the new owners as well.

The food trailer is in great condition. It was purchased in 2019. You cannot purchase a new trailer of this caliber for this price point.

As for the unit itself, it is a 6ft X 12ft trailer that is powered by both gas and generator-run electricity. The major appliances and systems that would come with the unit include:

• Gas griddle — 22.5in X 19in; this is our only appliance directly powered by propane/gas; we have separate gas lines for it
• Oven hood — 4ft wide; restaurant grade commercial oven hood
• Electric convection oven — 120V, 1.5 cu ft, restaurant grade Avantco brand
• 3 compartment sink — includes a water heater, clean water tank, fresh water tank
• Reach in freezer — 3.5 cu ft; we convert this to a fridge via a temperature control attachment
• Fire suppression system — regulation approved and professionally installed
• 3600-Watt Gasoline/Propane Portable Generator — we use this generator to run our electrical system which powers the majority of our appliances

All the cooking equipment on the unit can be easily replaced or substituted.
