3. All Kroger pharmacies will offer a 15-minute rapid Covid test for $25 by the end of November. The test has been authorized by the FDA and uses a finger-prick blood sample.

4. Shopping Center Near Short Pump Town Center sells for $10.8 million. The property was sold at auction online to an out-of-state partnership. 83,000 square feet. The shopping center was built in 2005 and acquired for $26.13 million shortly after being built. The company that purchased the shopping center defaulted on the loan and the lender assumed ownership of the property in July, 2019. The shopping center was assessed for $17.73 million in 2020.
