(2). Valorie’s parents are both entrepreneurs and business owners. Jeff Easter owns Jeff Easter Remodeling and Melissa Easter owned La Taza in Belmont. I’m curious to how Valorie’s parents impacted her as a businesswoman and entrepreneur.
(3). How has Valorie built her real estate career? 🏠 🏡 What steps did she take? How did she build a team? How has she managed to service all aspects of the residential market, including many different price points?
(4). Valorie has expanded her business into Richmond. Why did she do this? How is she servicing two very different markets?
(5). Valorie recently purchased an investment property at auction in Richmond. She did not see or tour this property before purchasing it. SO BALLSY!!! I love Val’s courage, ❤️ and willingness to take chances!! 🔥🔥 We will talk about this process and this investment with Val.

Valorie has recently launched a coaching career where she mentors and coaches other real estate agents and business professionals to be the best versions of themselves while also generating passive income. I will ask her about this business and how it vertically-integrates into her current model.
(7). What would Valorie change about Charlottesville, Virginia? What’s it like to do business in CVille and RVA as a confident, aggressive and determined businesswoman?
(8). What are some hot spot neighborhoods in Charlottesville, Virginia? Where can a first time home buyer find the most value?
(9). As a real estate investor, I’d like to know Valorie’s analysis on the under-the-radar locations and neighborhoods. I will ask her this question from a “quick flip standpoint” and a “buy and hold” standpoint.
(10). What neighborhoods generally hold their values the best in Charlottesville and Central Virginia?
