Jerry’s keynote presentation will showcase how you can leverage social media and digital/mobile marketing to launch, capitalize and grow a real estate investment portfolio.

Jerry started I Love CVille and VMV Brands, an award-winning advertising agency, in 2008 following a successful career as a TV and radio broadcaster and print journalist. Today, VMV Brands represents hundreds of clients in the Mid-Atlantic from New Providence, New Jersey and across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

In 2014, Jerry launched I Love CVille Real Estate, LLC, the real estate investment division that owns Jerry’s commercial and residential rental properties. I Love CVille Real Estate, LLC owns and manages 15,300+ square feet of commercial and residential real estate and has maintained an occupancy rate of 100% since the birth of the business.

Jerry is leveraging social media and digital/mobile marketing to find, acquire and rent residential and commercial real estate. Jerry rents the newly acquired real estate by driving brand awareness for each property through social media and digital/mobile marketing prior to its release to the marketplace. This stimulates increased demand and creates a waiting list for each property before it becomes available to rent.
