After a successful run as executive chef at Rapture Restaurant, Chris Humphrey is now the proud owner and executive chef at Fellini’s, a delicious Italian restaurant that’s become a Charlottesville institution on Market Street.

Chris’ cooking style is adored by tens of thousands of people in Central Virginia because he integrates approachable, farm-to-table concepts into his cuisine. Every ingredient serves a purpose. As a result, you get a flavor profile that is off the charts. I am excited to see Chris blossom as a chef and business owner at Fellini’s! We truly are lucky to have this guy in our restaurant scene.
