Meet Grace von Elten, Barista At Greenberry’s Coffee Co. In Charlottesville, Virginia

Jerry Miller: Hey guys, Jerry Miller outside Greenberry’s Coffee in Barracks Road Shopping Center with Grace, one of the newer employees here at Greenberry’s. And, you know, you’re young, you’re intelligent, the world is your oyster.

There are so many employment opportunities in Charlottesville. Why did you pick Greenberry’s?

Grace von Elten Well, I always wanted to work in a coffee shop and a lot of my friends and family really love Greenberry’s, just like a local favorite, so I took the opportunity to get to work here.

Jerry Miller: So, are you from Charlottesville?

Grace von Elten Yeah, I go to UVA, too.

Jerry Miller: So, you’re from Charlottesville, you went to UVA… so, clearly you’re very familiar with the Greenberry’s brand. Before you started working here, what was the Greenberry’s brand known for?

Grace von Elten Having really good service and great coffee, y’know?

Jerry Miller: Absolutely.

Grace von Elten It’s always clean and really nice here.

Jerry Miller: Clean, fast, affordable, delicious.

What do you say to the folks out there that are looking for a job that may be interested in working here?

Grace von Elten The staff is amazing. Everyone is really supportive. It’s a really fun atmosphere. It’s just a really cool place to work.
