Investors should target The Villas At Southern Ridge, The Woodlands, Sherwood Manor and Eagles Landing immediately. The short-term demand from tenants is tangible & the backed ROI is obvious. Wegman’s, 5th Street Station & the soon-to-open Starbucks are helping hedge the investment risk.
