The Oak Hill Market/Trailer Park site on Country Green Road off Old Lynchburg Road is primo property for future development.

The trailers are evaporating. The land is being excavated and flattened. It’s screaming development. The Old Lynchburg/Country Green/Sunset Avenue corridor is itching for even more change. It’s literally coming right now.

While I don’t think the current owner of the Oak Hill Market/Trailer Park site will be the visionary developer of this land, I’ve spoken to him many times, including this month. He knows the value of the property and what it could be. He also has fielded inquiries to purchase the land.

These gold-mine neighborhoods in the 5th Street corridor are selling inventory faster than Stringer Bell ever could:

Redfields, Oak Hill Farm, Mosby Mountain, Sunset Overlook and Whittington

The condos and townhomes in this corridor (Villas At Southern Ridge, Sherwood Manor, The Woodlands and Eagles Landing) are also in a strong position.

Investors should target The Villas At Southern Ridge, The Woodlands, Sherwood Manor and Eagles Landing immediately. The short-term demand from tenants is tangible & the backed ROI is obvious. Wegman’s, 5th Street Station & the soon-to-open Starbucks are helping hedge the investment risk.
