Bucking County’s finest Michael Palmore won the second “I Love CVille Pool Tournament” Tuesday night at the Lazy Parrot Backyard.

Roger Crawford finished in second place. Mike Lewis took 3rd place, Jacob Painter captured 4th and Bobby Anderson rounded out the top 5.

Palmore, a deadly offensive player, who is quickly developing his defense, showcased a steady, consistent stroke in dispatching the 14-player field. Palmore is now ranked No. 2 in LPB 8-Ball and No. 3 in Eagles 8-Ball.

With a new Meucci cue in his hands, Crawford displayed once again why he is one of the top shooters in Central Virginia. His steady hand and calm demeanor blends well with his natural talent. Crawford now ranks in the Top 4 in the LPB 8-Ball Standings and Top 8 in the Eagles 8-Ball Standings.

The “I Love CVille Pool Tournament” takes place every Tuesday night at 7 pm at the Lazy Parrot Backyard on Pantops. The tables open at 7 pm for warm-up with the tournament starting promptly at 7:30 pm.
