Tiger Fuel’s Taylor Sutton Explains The Positive Potential Of The Market At Boyd Tavern!

Jerry Miller, CEO

Taylor Sutton of Tiger Fuel Company joined me on The I Love CVille Show to discuss a special use permit application to build The Market at Boyd Tavern on the Eastside of Albemarle County.

✅ Tiger Fuel will create 24 new jobs with great benefits through this project. 👨‍💼👩‍💼
✅ Tiger Fuel will have solar panels, EV charging stations and several other environmental initiatives within this project. ☀️
✅ Tiger Fuel will have its full deli with healthy and fresh options just like Bellair, Mill Creek, Ruckersville and Preston 🥪
✅ Tiger Fuel will generate over $100K annually in tax revenue – not to mention all the revenue that will be generated in the construction process 💵
✅ Tiger Fuel will use less water than residential households 💧
✅ This property is zoned commercial and is right on the interstate 🛣
✅ Tiger Fuel is locally-owned and operated and do their best to support local vendors 🤝
✅ Tiger Fuel’s philanthropic efforts are substantial and are all focused on local charities ❤️

It’s important that we keep local dollars in our local community. Strategic growth is smart growth, especially during difficult economic times (i.e. right now!). New jobs are important for CVille and Albemarle County. I like the idea of The Market at Boyd Tavern very, very much.
