Two New Restaurants You Must Try In Charlottesville, Virginia!

Hey, it’s Jerry Miller. I’m inside I Love CVille on the historic Charlottesville Downtown Mall. I’m going to take 60 seconds to spotlight two new Charlottesville restaurants you have to try today on Miller’s Minute brought to you by Greenberry’s Coffee Co. in Barracks Road Shopping Center. Greenberry’s Coffee Co. is Charlottesville’s longest running coffee roasters.

Well, guys, the first restaurant is Peloton Station by my good friend Curtis Shaver. It’s a bicycle and sandwich centric sports bar and it’s scheduled to open very soon. I am very excited for Peloton Station because I love sandwiches, and I know Curtis knows headie sammies like the Pope knows Holy Water. I have a feeling Peloton Station is going to be one of the best sandwich joints in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The second restaurant I want to highlight is Quality Pie by Charlottesville legend Tomas Rahal, the former executive chef and owner at Mas Tapas. Tomas is now the owner of Quality Pie in the old Spudnuts location. Tomas has done a wonderful job preserving an institutional Belmont building while also improving the layout and infrastructure. Most importantly? Tomas sweet and savory pies are bangin, baby!
