Beer Run is the quintessential Downtown/Belmont beer bar and affordable restaurant. Founded in December 2007 by a local family, Beer Run is located on the edge of the Belmont and Woolen Mills family neighborhoods. Beer Run features a friendly, inviting atmosphere and plenty of tasty dishes, but the real highlight is their beer seletion. Market Street Wineshop has been selling a large and carefully chosen selection of wines and beers in Downtown Charlottesville since 1986 and at their Uptown location since 1996. Founded in 1994 by David and Elizabeth Souza, Wine Warehouse consistently offers some of the lowest prices possible on premium wine and beer. All of their wine and beer is tasted prior to purchase and then properly stored at a constant 60 degrees. Cold, quality, and plenty of variety!
