Since 1978, The Happy Cook has been a family run business, and that tradition still lives on today. Husband and wife owners, Monique and Steve, can actually still be found working with the customers. If you’re lucky, you’ll find “Top Chef,” Amos, roaming the floors and keeping everyone in line.

The Artisans Market is full of beautiful jewelry, photography, art and pottery. Their stock is both local and imported like the Polish pottery pictured above.

Caspari is my absolute favorite place to go window shopping. You just cannot walk past their displays without stopping. It’s a perfect place to shop for a creative bride who loves to host.

Roxie Daisy is more of an experience than a store. It’s lovely French-inspired furniture and collection of antiques makes for a lovely shop to explore. Be sure to check out some of the local crafts and their toffee.
