The Nook’s mac n’ cheese is pretty famous. It’s so much more than pasta and cheese. Julienne sliced ham, Roma tomatoes and fusilli tossed with three cheese bechamel sauce and topped with garlic buttered bread crumbs.

I have to admit that I love anything with sauteed zucchini, especially in Mama’s red sauce. Bella’s Restaurant’s pasta primavera has sauteed zucchini, squash, garlic, onion and crimini mushrooms, baked with pecorino and mozzarella.
