Jeyon Falsini is the owner of Magnus Music, a music booking company in Charlottesville. Magnus Music’s venues include Wild Wolf Brewing Company, Rapture, The Whiskey Jar and more. Along with knowing everyone in the CVille music scene, Jeyon is also a standup dude!

3. Jacie Dunkle, Fellini’s #9

Jacie Dunkle is the owner of Fellini’s #9. Her establishment is a regular venue for The Hogwaller Ramblers, 88 Keys and Bob Bennetta. She is a strong supporter of the local music scene in Charlottesville. Jackie is also hysterically funny and someone who is awesome to party with!

Andy Gems is the founder and former owner of The Southern Cafe And Music Hall. He is still involved in the music venue behind the scenes. He also has a large array of cool hats that he wears about town.

5. Coran Capshaw, Music Mogul

Coran Capshaw is the founder of Red Light Management and ATO Records. He also manages Tim McGraw, Phish, Dave Matthews Band, Alicia Keys and Trey Anastasio. Along with being a global music mogul, Capshaw is a real estate developer and restaurateur in Charlottesville.

6. Kirby Hutto, General Manager, nTelos Wireless Pavilion

Kirby Hutto is one of the main men behind The nTelos Wireless Pavilion. Hutto and his team have done a fantastic job of attracting and booking national acts. Not only does Hutto’s team attract the musical talent, but they also ensure the events are executed flawlessly to create an ambiance that can be enjoyed by ticket purchasers and musicians alike. Now, all we need is for Kirby Hutto to accept our Facebook Friend Request. C’mon, K-Hutto!!

7. Matt Simon, Box Office Manager, The Paramount Theater

Matt Simon is the Box Office Manager for the beautiful and historic Paramount Theater. He is a passionate music lover and always wants everybody to have the best time at his venue. The Paramount Theatre has been hosting World Cup Soccer viewing parties, and we very much have enjoyed watching Matt’s passion as he rallies the congregation pre- and post-match.

8. Laura Galgano, Co-Owner, Blue Moon Diner

Laura Galgano is the fun loving co-owner of the Blue Moon Diner. The Blue Moon Diner has live music almost every evening in a comfortable and quaint setting that has quickly turned into an institution in Charlottesville. You can find Laura at Blue Moon Diner working the bar and belting tunes as her bands sing the night away.

9. Brad Savage, Program Director, 106.1 The Corner

Brad Savage is the program director for 106.1 The Corner. He plays a huge selection of music from every genre. Brad is a trend-setter on-air and has quickly made 106.1 FM The Corner one of the premiere destinations on the CVille radio dial. Brad’s wife, Rachel Peltzman, is also a diehard music fan, as is “Baby David,” their precious and precocious baby boy.
