Getting To Know Trump Winery

Trump Winery: open daily year round 11am-6pm.

Trump Winery’s estate vineyards were planted on the foothills of Carter’s Mountain, the last mountain range before the Atlantic Ocean. With an elevation range between 600 and 1000 feet, high density plantings, and an emphasis on sustainable practices, we craft two unique programs: Sparkling and Still Wine.

Our red vineyards were planted in traditional Bordeaux varieties consisting of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. Planted on southern facing slopes in high density to achieve grapes with maximum maturity, we produce Bordeaux style blends with complexity and depth.

Their sparkling vineyards planted in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, were chosen because of their unique microclimates. Since the vineyards have the coolest terroirs, they delay the maturity of the grapes and help preserve the natural acidity and minerality needed to make them into truly great sparkling wine.
