Roy Wheeler Realty Co. CEO Michael Guthrie is a man of confidence, charisma and conviction. You can hear it in his voice when he speaks about his faith, his family and his real estate career.

As the top executive at Roy Wheeler, Micheal oversees 120+ real estate agents over six offices positioned strategically across Central Virginia. Michael says Roy Wheeler has enjoyed longevity, in part, because of how it trains its real estate agents.

Interestingly, the Roy Wheeler Realty Co. was started in 1927 by Mr. Roy Wheeler. He borrowed $300 to open the business on the top floor of the Monticello Drug Store, now known as Timberlakes Drug Store and Soda Fountain.
