The Boar’s Head’s stunning Old Mill Room has a delicious three course meal that includes pan seared sunburst trout in brandy lobster sauce.
4. The Omni

The Omni’s restaurant, The Pointe overlooks The Downtown Mall and sits in The Omni’s atrium. They have a wonderful menu including a stuffed pork chop filled with sautéed Granny Smith apples, shallots, wild mushrooms, drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction, served with house macaroni and cheese.
5. The DoubleTree

Though The DoubleTree is not a local brand, their restaurant, TJ’s Tavern uses all local ingredients and features a menu inspired by Thomas Jefferson.
