First we have the Coq au Vin, Petit Pois Restaurant’s lunchtime chicken offering. The Coq au Vin is made with Polyface chicken leg braised in red wine with potato purée and roasted root vegetables.
Next up is their dinner chicken selection, the Poitrine de Poulet. This is made with Polyface chicken breast with potato purée, roasted root vegetables and red wine jus.
