What should we do with the hideous Landmark Hotel, which is owned by Dewberry Capital Corporation and Little Johnny Dewberry, the “Extorting Emperor Of Empty Lots!”

Charlottesville Planning Commissioner Rory Stolzenberg offers his hot take on The Landmark Hotel in this sizzle reel from The I Love CVille Show!

Rory says City Hall should not be blackmailed by a shady out-of-town developer. Instead, we should watch as Little Johnny Dewberry pays $65,000+ per year in tax assessments. Rory says we should take photos of the hotel when snow is not cleared or when rats are running around the site. Then, we should send those photos to City Hall through the “MyCVille App” so Little Johnny incurs fines, fines and more fines.
