Fabio’s NY Pizza has enjoyed a loyal following in Charlottesville since 2008 when Mike Scotto took over the small restaurant serving pizzas, subs and traditional Italian dishes. While growing up in Monte Di Procida Naples Italy, Mike worked at a local restaurant and his passion for cooking was born. Mike’s dream was to own his own restaurant. In 2000, Mike decided to embark on a life-changing journey and moved to the United States to make his dreams come true.

Today, Mike and his business partner, Fabio, own Fabio’s NY Pizza on High Street. Fabio recently moved to Charlottesville, and partnered with his childhood friend, Mike. Fabio has tremendous restaurant experience. He has owned restaurants in Maryland and Salem, Va.

Together, Mike and Fabio are building Fabio’s NY Pizza into an Italian destination that all Charlottesville foodies should try. When you walk into the doors, you will most likely see Mike and Fabio on-site, overseeing the operations and greeting every customer with a warm smile.
